A score of 75% is required to pass the sales associate, provisional sales associate, and broker exam.

Effective November 1, 2019, the passing score for the sales associate/provisional sales associate exam will be 70%.


How many times can I take the real estate exam?

There is no limit to the number of times you can take the state exam. However, each time you take the exam, you will be required to pay the state exam fee, and you will need to pass the exam before your real estate application on file expires.


How much is the real estate exam?

The cost of the Oklahoma provisional sales associate and sales associate exam is statutory set to $60, and the Oklahoma real estate broker exam is $75.

Can I bring a calculator with me when I take the Oklahoma real estate exam?

Yes, you can bring a calculator that is non-programmable, silent, battery-operated, not capable of printing paper tape and does not contain an alphabet keyboard is allowed when taking the Oklahoma real estate exam.
